αMFc CL MMAE是一种抗小鼠IgG Fc特异性抗体，通过可裂解的接头与单甲基auristatin E（MMAE）偶联。抗体部分是对小鼠IgG的Fc区具有特异性的多克隆抗体，并且它也对大鼠IgG的Fc区具有交叉反应性。单甲基auristatin E（MMAE）是一种细胞毒性小分子，通过阻断微管蛋白的聚合来抑制细胞分裂。连接MMAE和抗体的可裂解接头在细胞外液中是稳定的，但一旦缀合物通过内吞作用进入细胞，就会被内体中的组织蛋白酶裂解。

| αMFc-CL-MMAE is anti-mouse IgG Fc specific antibody conjugated to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) with a cleavable linker. The antibody portion is a polyclonal antibody which is specific to the Fc region of mouse IgGs, and it is also cross-reactive to the Fc region of Rat IgGs. Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a cytotoxic small molecule which inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin. The cleavable linker connecting MMAE to the antibody is stable in extracellular fluid, but is cleaved by cathepsin in endosome once the conjugate has entered a cell via endocytosis. | |
