BcMag?Hydrazide-modified Magnetic Beads  are uniform superparamagnetic 1 μm or 5 μm diameter

beads with hydrazide surface group.  It is widely used to covalently couple aldehyde- or

ketone-containing ligands such as antibody, lectin, glycoprotein, carbohydrates through the formation

of stable hydrazone linkages. Such coupling method is a powerful way to immobilize proteins and leave

critical active sites free.
