由德国Sierra Sensors公司生产，SPR-2的传感芯片采用黄金棱镜设计，将黄金棱镜固定在支架上。这种设计不需要用户在安装时对流动相进行匹配的繁琐操作，直接插拔，操作方便并保证了分析结果准确性重现性好。Sierra Sensors提供多种表面修饰的传感芯片，靶分子可以直接或间接包被到芯片表面。
